Yesterday was a fun day for Rosenberg Marketing! We were able to work with Good Day Oregon Fox12 news again starting at 5a.m.! It was an early day, but was full of excitement as we watched our friends at the NW Natural Street of Dreams be featured on the news!
The morning started early with interviews with Joe Vithayathil (On the Go with Joe) at 20/20 by Bernard Custom Construction, which featured the amazing kitchen and Master bedroom, but as quickly as we had started we were off again to Rivendell Manor by BC Custom Homes for something special. A chef prepared a meal in the gourmet kitchen the luxury home offered for viewers to see how to use some of the custom equipment found at the Street of Dreams. It was really cool to see Chef Jessica from Standard TV and Appliance cook risotto in under an hour with the steamer oven, along with corn on the cob, and shrimp shish kabobs. A trick we learned off camera was that you can also hard boil eggs easily and perfectly in a steam oven!
Another feature was at Rivendell Manor’s “Potting Shed” with HBA’s Nancy Haskins (see coverage below) exploring other uses for this free-standing structure that is fully plumbed and has a natural gas fireplace.
Next we filmed a segment in the master bathroom, where Joe V. got a pedicure and foot massage, by another client the Spa at the Avalon, in one of the most deluxe bathroom pedicure stations we have seen . Many segments and “teasers” were filmed and on air before 9:00 a.m., which made the whole day exciting and very worth while.
